Service Description

2 hours of fun photography with your family, you hang out with your family, & I will photograph your natural family time. there is no number of shots limit, & you can change as many outfits of you want (usually 2 or 3) I will shoot the kids separately & with each parent, or present family member. After a week you will have a big range of high quality photos, ready to print or share where you want

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact. If the client wants to cancel the session for any reason, they will get an 80% refund for canceling before a week to date, and 50% up to 24 hours before the session. The amount will not be refunded for cancellations less than 24 hours before the session due to the high probability that the Photographer will not be able to book that date further. The Photographer must be notified immediately of any changes in schedule, at least 24 hours before the scheduled date of the event. If the second chosen date is available, the photographer will change the schedule for the client with herself or cohost photographer with same style at no extra cost. If the Photographer or its assigns cannot perform this Agreement due to heavy weather conditions, hurricane, fire, casualty, strike, or other civil disturbances, Acts of God, including but not limited to, road closures, severe traffic, terrorism, or other causes beyond the control of the parties, then the Photographer shall return any amounts of money paid by the Clients but shall have no further liability with respect to the Agreement. This limitation of liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged, lost through camera malfunction, compact flash card malfunction, or otherwise lost or damaged without the fault on the part of the Photographer. The limit of liability for a partial loss of originals shall be a prorated amount of the exposures lost based on the percentage of the total number of originals. All photos are copyrighted. Images created by the Photographer remain the property of the Photographer. Permission is hereby granted to the Photographer to use any images created under this contract for professional samples, displays, internet website pages, advertising, exhibitions, and contests with client consent for The photos in which the client’s face is visible. Photographer retains the copyright to all images produced by the Photographer. Clients will be given high-resolution images, and they have the right to make personal copies of images and print the photos for personal use. The client understands the images provided cannot be sold and all posting on the internet must be acknowledged as images by the Photographer with the tag of @gazellastudio or @dreamy_venice_studio Clients are responsible for travel expenses such as Gondola, water taxi, and ferry bus. all location fees and permits if requested by them to be added to the regular path.
